The global game audience has reached 3.7 billion, and almost half of the people on this planet are playing games

According to the game consumer market overview released by DFC Intelligence (DFC for short) this week, there are currently 3.7 billion gamers worldwide.

This means that the global game audience scale is close to half of the world's population, however, DFC also points out that there is a clear difference between the "game audience" and "real game consumers" at the same time. The number of core game consumers only accounts for About 10% of 3.7 billion. Compared with console and PC game consumer groups, mobile game consumer groups are almost all over the world, and DFC believes that they "better represent the core consumers of the global game market."
