At the “Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase” press conference, Ubisoft announced that “Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope” will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch platform on October 20, 2022, and pre-orders are now open.
In the strategy adventure Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, Mario and his friends team up with the Rabbids once again to restore order to the galaxy! Explore planets filled with quirky residents, and even quirkier secrets, while you stop a mysterious evil from plunging the universe into chaos.

At the conference, the audience were also watched a gameplay demonstration of how the turn-based strategy adventure will use both new and returning characters. A Rabbid Rosalina joins the lineup, with Rabbid Luigi and (non-Rabbid) Mario both back in action. Working together, all three can use dash attacks, followed by weapons, to wipe out clusters of adversaries wholesale.
